Salary: £30,000pa

craftscotland promotes the best of Scottish contemporary craft and represents the interests of the Scottish craft sector across the globe.   The organisation has developed a successful world class web resource for craft in Scotland (www.craftscotland.org) which welcomed its millionth visitor in June 2007.  craftscotland also curates and presents top quality exhibitions across the UK.  craftscotland is an independent organisation with charitable status, in receipt of development funding from the Scottish Arts Council, and governed by a Board of Directors.
You will have a proven track record in strategic development, business planning, project management and fundraising.  You will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and work with a team and contractors, and superb interpersonal and networking skills.  In particular, you will have demonstrable understanding of or relevant experience in the contemporary arts sector or the creative industries.
