Scottish Degree Shows Unveil Fresh Talent

The annual Scottish showcase of new talent continues with Degree Shows opening the weekend in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. 

Edinburgh College of Art, producing a School of Design catalogue for the first time, will be showing work by graduating students in Evolution House and in the main building’s neo-classical sculpture court from 13 to 23 June 2009. 

The 2009 Degree Show at Glasgow School of Art, which from 13 to 20 June 2009, is expected to attract around 20,000 visitors.

Thousands of visitors also flock to Gray’s School of Art annual Degree Show, when they can see a range of final year undergraduate projects, spanning fashion and textiles, 3D and product design.

Glasgow School of Art Degree Show 2009  is open from 13 June to 20 June 2009 at Glasgow School of Art , 167 Renfrew Street , Glasgow G3 6RQ. Open Saturdays 10am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday 10am to 9pm, Friday 10am to 7pm. (Last entry to each building is 30 minutes before closing).  Admission free. Tel: 0141 353 4500.

Gray's School of Art Degree Show 2009 takes place from 13 to 20 June 2009 at Gray's School of Art, Garthdee Road, Aberdeen AB10 7QD. Open Sat 13 to Sun 14 June 10am - 5pm, Mon 15 to Fri 19 June 10am to 8pm, Sat 20 June 10am to 5pm. Admission free. Tel: 01224 263600.
