How do I register for crafthighlands.org or craftayrshire.org?
• If you are based in the Highlands or Ayrshire you automatically get additional exposure on crafthighlands.org or craftayrshire.org when you join craftscotland.org.

Am I eligible to join the directory?
• Check our eligibility criteria for makers. If in doubt, contact us.

How do I update my directory details?
• Contact us with details of the update needed to the page. If emailing, please ensure that you email us from the email address registered on our database.

How do I delete my page?
• Contact us. We would also appreciate it if you could tell us your reasons for directory removal.

I registered as a maker months ago, why haven’t I heard anything back?
• If you meet our eligibility criteria and have heard nothing, please contact us.
• If you do not meet our eligibility criteria, your application will have been considered unsuitable on this occasion.

As of September 2009, we aim to process all directory applications and queries within two weeks.
