After over two years as Project Manager James Coutts left craftscotland in April 2007 to become marketing manager at the National Museum of Scotland. Tina is currently Acting Project Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the project. This is in addition to her role as Editor in which she writes and commissions suitable content for the website to provide a comprehensive representation of the entire crafts sector in Scotland.
Trained in journalism, public relations, graphic design and marketing, Tina’s crafts experience includes Artisan, Dazzle, Applied Arts Scotland and Scottish Artists and Artist Craftsmen (now Visual Arts Scotland). Her ambition is to see crafts receive the same recognition as other visual arts and through the website to enable everyone to discover and enjoy the exciting and innovative work being created by designer makers across Scotland.
