Unite - Exhibition and Events

Craft Scotland and the Collins Gallery present an exhibition, conference and events to unite, inspire and champion Scottish craft.

The Unite exhibition showed the work of 38 makers from varying career stages at the Collins Gallery from 16th April – 7th May 2011.

The exhibition aimed to showcase the wealth of makers creating craft work in Scotland, and to champion the quality and range of Scottish craft and inspire audiences.

Disciplines represented included Ceramics; Glass; Textiles; Furniture; Jewellery; Metalwork; Wood; Lettering; Paper; Basket making; Willow weaving; Mosaic and Heritage.

The Collins Gallery is an integral part of the University of Strathclyde presenting a cultural interface between the University and the city.
