This goes further than existing legislation and is designed to ensure that personal data is always treated ethically.

Information Collection

We collect information when you sign up for our email bulletin or register as a maker or outlet on our Find Craft area. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete feedback/web forms or email us. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

How will we use the information about you?

By registering a Craft Profile, the information you have chosen to be publicly visible will be displayed on the website, and will be accessible to all visitors to the website.

If you have signed up for our email bulletin, we will use the details you provided to send you regular newsletters and updates via email. We will not share this information for marketing purposes with other companies.
