Fife Contemporary Art & Craft (FCA&C) in association with Craft Scotland will present a pop-up display and retail event in St Andrews from 17 to 19 November 2012 (private view 16 November 2012).

Held in the historic arts & crafts All Saints’ Hall, this event aims to catch the Christmas market early in Fife and profile high quality work. Supported by Creative Scotland and Fife Council, FCA&C promotes high quality craft and visual art activity across Fife and has been developing the treat brand for a range of craft initiatives.

Six Scottish-based makers are to be selected by FCA&C, Craft Scotland and a guest judge.

Makers are now invited to apply to participate.

Within their featured work the makers should include both a piece which demonstrates their vision and ambition within their medium and a range of more commercially accessible work.

To apply please email:

  • up to 6 digital images of work (.jpg’s preferred - include the .jpg extension; up to 500KB max per image);
  • a description of what you wish to include for treat and retail prices;
  • CV;
  • Short statement about why you wish to take part.

Email to: susan.davis@fcac.co.uk

Closing date for applications is Monday 30 July 2012 at 5pm
