craftscotland showcases contemporary work by skilled makers from all over Scotland. At the heart of the website is a searchable database which gives every maker and craft gallery or retailer their own complimentary web page. To search for makers, visit Makers Search. To find craft galleries and retailers in a specific area, use Venue Search. You can also search using a map of Scotland.

Featured Maker
Our home page this month will spotlight ceramicist Simon Ward who has just won the Bronze Award at the 3rd Korean World Ceramics Bienalle. His work concentrates on functional vessels and is influenced by residencies in France, Norway and Japan. He is one of 18 ceramics artists who produced pieces for the Clay in Bloom exhibition by the Scottish Potters Association which is on at Gracefield Arts Centre until 28 May.
