Based in the heart of the Howe of Fife, I design and make furniture using traditional cabinetmaking techniques, primarily using sustainable Scottish hardwoods (oak, elm, ash, etc) but also pine, ply, mdf, etc. where applicable. I have also incorporated stone, wrought iron and stained glass from local craftspeople into some pieces, and hope to develop this area of my work.
From initial customer contact I endeavour to ensure their involvement in the design process, from site visit and rough sketches through to delivery.
