I graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in 2006 with a BDes (Hons) Jewellery & Metal Design. The main influence within my work is architecture, which allows me to produce both geometric forms and organic sculptures. Presently I am interested in movement where I produce simplistic, playful and technical pieces of jewellery.
I enjoy working with precious metals such as silver. However, I also love to incorporate non-precious materials such as plastics; glass, resins and unusual stone settings. I have a vast range of ideas and use a variety of techniques where I try to create innovative designs by adjusting them to suit the needs of my clients, therefore every piece is unique. I am constantly challenging the boundaries of jewellery design, producing both one off and commercial pieces. I am totally committed to designing and making jewellery and am happy to take on commissions.
