About Juno Design Gallery

Personal Statement

Juno first opened at Kirn by Dunoon in 2002 run by mother & daughter, Maria & Joanne Mackellar both graduates in Design from the Glasgow School of Art.Their main aim was to exhibit works of other designers & Artists in order to bring new talent to the area. In 2005 Juno moved to the main St in Dunoon where the gallery continues to grow from strength to strength.
Juno exhibits mixed Painting Exhibitions from Contemporary Established British Artists some of which are Argyll based. Alongside these artists Juno has a wide selection of Contemporary British Designers in various disciplines including textiles, jewellery, ceramics and sculpture. A gallery is only as good as the art work it exhibits, Juno constantly sources new contemporary British designers to make this space innovative and exciting. The web site is regularly up dated showing the range of monthly exhibitions & other works in stock.
