I love drawing and am currently making work that explores the links between line and form. In the main I make thrown semi porcelain pieces, which after firing are diamond polished to refine the surface. For me successful pieces are those that achieve a synergistic balance between line and form.
A new direction is the use of self-glazing parian clay which works well with the drawings. These pieces have a wonderful translucent quality and a surface that feels like satin.
If you would like to see more of my work I can be contacted through my website or at Coburg House.
