This innovative and diverse creative Arts House is conveniently located in Alloa, Central Scotland and has grown in both local association and international recognition since its inception in 2010.
Resonate Arts House unites the RAH Academy and teaching venue which promotes an experimental and inclusive environment, an Arts Materials Shop, the Swarm Gallery presenting ongoing exhibitions and Associate, Residency and Affiliate Artist Programmes all under one roof.
A contemporary art space which exhibits a broad range of art works across the creative spectrum throughout the year. Exhibitions include painting, Artists Books, sculpture, poetry, textiles, works on paper, site-specific installations and pottery.
Associate Artists Programme
Resonate Arts House has implemented an Associate Artist programme. The invited Artists and Crafters join the team and are promoted within their chosen discipline through the established industry roots and growing network of the national and international Resonate Arts Community.
The objective to advance the arts within the local and wider community through training and personal development is a core aim of the Resonate Academy.
Qualified, experienced, insured and Disclosure Checked Artists and Crafters, working together have developed a range of courses and workshops for all abilities and ages. Providing an introduction to a selection of arts disciplines for the Beginner through to an in-depth investigation into a specialist subject for the Professional; there is something for everyone.
All Courses and Workshops are held at the Resonate Arts House and a selection of these has been developed for taking to the community, travelling to venues around Scotland throughout the year.
