Dawn Newbigging of Mersington Pottery makes a range of handmade stoneware pieces, ranging from contemporary Shell and Glass dishes, wave panels, and garden sculpture to decorative Hanging Hearts, which have been developed to form a new range of bowls and platters with an organic feel. Oxides, coloured slips, and velvets are used to colour drawn or imprinted flora detail on stoneware clay.
