High-quality, bespoke stained glass panels, handmade in the traditional way and exploring a wide variety of styles from traditional to contemporary.
My work is mainly making Traditionally Crafted Stained Glass Windows, Door Panels, Hanging Panels and Stair Windows. I hot paint and fire details onto glass; I can etch and fuse glass to produce unique effects for any project you can dream of.
I make glass for gardens, water features, glass for fire screens, glass for most locations, inside and outside the home, the potential is endless.
Ramoyle Glass Studio produces contemporary and traditional leaded and fused glass. Commissions, repairs and restoration, including fitting and removal. Based in Glasgow and Dunblane.
Amanda designs and makes kiln formed and cameo engraved glass for architectural, interior and sculptural settings.
Current inspiration includes looking at botanicals used in the pharmaceutical industry and plants which are toxic, linking to my first Pharmacology degree, and continuing to exploit the properties of gravity within the kiln whilst making unique vessels.
My work aspires to elevate value in materials and techniques. Focus for work is driven between pattern and material explorations. I believe there are no boundaries in jewellery, no more the 'must haves' of precious metals and jewels.
