My contemporary jewellery designs are all inspired by my photographic images of light with the theme of movement, fragility and protection. I use fine wire and metallic threads to represent the spontaneous lines and the detail involved in each light photograph. I think my photographs and jewellery reflect and capture the excitement and energy associated with city nightlife where you are surrounded by the darkness of night yet observe many forms of light and colour consciously or subconsciously.
