Daniel Lacey is an award-winning designer maker of contemporary furniture from wood, based in Langholm. He specialises in bespoke sculptural furniture from local hardwoods.
David Mcpherson designs and makes traditional Victorian style, hand carved, wooden rocking horses in 3 sizes using the best of timbers. All horses are handmade, meaning no two are exactly alike, giving each it's own individuality and character.

Digby Morrow is a craftsman who makes fine decorative hardwood boxes and bespoke furniture pieces in his workshop on the outskirts of Linlithgow, near Edinburgh, Scotland. Also he makes highly individual pieces to be used as unique ”room features”. He works in solid and veneered woods of both domestic and exotic varieties and uses inlays and marquetry to decorate his pieces. He finishes his work using a variety of techniques including French polishing.
Digby’s boxes can have many uses - jewellery, christening, birthdays, dressing, collection, games, keepsake, presentation, special anniversaries etc. Digby's furniture pieces are designed to be "one-offs" with unique features.
Doug works with native hardwoods, re-cycling wherever possible. His range of functional art, small informal pieces, are of pleasing proportion and form. He makes a unique range of 'wooden gift cards. Doug is also a maker and player of good quality tunable bodhráns. Commissions for traditional furniture are welcome, his studio can be visited by appointment.
