I create a range of contemporary products from pressed wool felt including necklaces, bracelets, brooches, bags, purses, notebooks and cushions. My love of clean simple shapes has helped me produce a collection that is strong in shape and pattern in an array of rich colours.
Knitwear/Craft shop based in the South Mainland of Shetland, adjacent to Sumburgh Airport. The knitwear is designed by Doreen Brown and is classed as being amongst the finest in the Islands for its distinctive designs and highest quality. Our classic collection includes a beautiful range of natural, undyed garments some of which are hand spun in beautiful shades from the native Shetland sheep. As our garments are individually knitted we can provide a personal made to measure service where we can adapt styles and colour to our customers requirements.

I am interested in producing work from a narrative relating to the wearer. This allows me to produce a piece which is directly related to the wearer and is much more than just a decorative object.
