One of John's principal aims in his work is to try to make pots that have not been made before. His pottery studio is a joy to visit, and his enthusiasm for his subject shines through. With his background in sculpture, his ceramics reflect his interest in form and texture and display a high degree of craftsmanship. This is a must visit studio.
I design and make slate signs and polymer clay jewellery.
The signs are made from reclaimed Scottish slate, hand engraved with your custom design before being painted and laquered to protect them.

I am a jewellery designer based in Glasgow. I am currently working on ranges of jewellery inspired by cities and what they mean to us. How will our future cities look? Do we aspire to live in a beautiful future or continue in amongst restricted high rise buildings and neglected housing scheme? Do we continue to aspire towards western riches and none existent money whilst being the big man's wage slave? Or is there another way?

In his figurative and abstract, bronze and stone sculpture, Laurence Broderick draws inspiration from the female figure and wildlife, in particular the otter and endangered species. When learning of the plight of turtles, polar bears, rhinos and elephants due to man's abuse, it had a profound and emotive effect on expressing his art.

I design and produce contemporary jewellery to suit any age group with the highest standard of workmanship. All my work is produced with precious silver, with a number of them set with precious and semi-precious gem stones. I am passionate about my individual pieces and am fascinated and delighted on how they accentuate the human form. My work brings a touch of charm and beauty to everyone that wears it.
