Crieff Ceramics is a Pottery Workshop and Gallery set up by Len Whatley in 2003. Here Len makes a wide range of beautiful, high quality, contemporary stoneware that is both functional and decorative.
Len's main range is called 'Island Flow' and is inpired by the watery elements that he grew up in on the Isle of Skye.

Len uses white stoneware clay which is very durable and non-porous. He makes tableware and wall work such as mirrors & clocks as well as more one-off pieces. He enjoys experimenting with glazes and using a little soda and wood in his gas kiln to create unqiue effects on the pots.

Len takes commissions for unusual pieces, personalised pots, dinner sets and can arrange delivery and postage at time of ordering.

In his workshop Len also runs popular pottery classes through the winter months. All abilities are catered for and everyone takes away a pot or two of their very own making. He can also accommodate groups looking for one-off lessons. This is a fun activity to do on a Hen Weekend for example.

Find Crieff Ceramics at the west end of Crieff High Street. Just 1 hours drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Open: Summer: Mon - Sat 10am - 5pm; Winter: Tues - Sat 10am - 5pm; Closed January.
