Tweed Delights came about after I discovered some forgotten remnants of Harris Tweed in a cupboard. Inspired by my children's toys, I began to design a range of gift ideas to suit the whole family. This beautiful fabric lends itself particularly well to tactile objects such as soft toys. I have built up a range of Harris Tweed collectables called "Tweedies!" which I hope to continue to develop further, integrating them with children's wallhangings. I use Gaelic where I can in my range, which also includes handmade cards, bookmarks, applique pictures etc. All my items are individually handcrafted and I tend to sew by hand on the majority of my pieces.
