I started Kava Craft as a hobby and over the past 20 years have grown to be very different in my own style and techniques. My work is a cross between Scottish Celtic and Asian influence.

The process of my work starts with buying grain silver which is the most basic form of bullion 925 sterling silver and by using a coal fired kiln I smelt my silver into ingot form. It is then hand milled into sheet or wire. Only after this process it is made into hand crafted jewellery.

This process has been done for thousands of years. This gives me great satisfaction that I have created jewellery from its most basic form and in an old traditional way which no one does anymore.
