Taberi Designs specialises in beadwork of all kinds, from the simplest single strand necklaces to complex weaved bracelets and accessories. A variety of techniques are used to make amulet purses and bags as well as decorating scarves etc.

Many of the weaving methods come from the Native American tribes and beads come from suppliers worldwide. However, beadwork has been produced in this country for thousands of years. Wearing of beads is an ancient tradition but we have brought this up to date with a Scottish influence.

A variety of different mediums are used in the beads including wood, metal, clay, ceramics and glass. Each piece is unique and handmade by our designer Wendy White who is a member of the Beadworkers Guild. Wedding tiaras and gifts for bridesmaids can be made. These are usually made under our design service - most brides like to have individual items. Of course the design service can be requested for any item - remember any thing is possible. It is because of this that our website is more of a gallery than a shop and we would be delighted to discuss any ideas that you may have.
