I design and make contemporary jewellery inspired by an investigation of the colours, textures and patterns found in food such as cakes and sushi. A love of colour has led me to work with both vitreous and cold enamels as well as heat formed coloured acrylic sheet and hand dyed nylon thread.

Precious metals also play an important part in my work creating interesting textures using steel punches and other manipulation techniques.

My pieces are quirky and distinctive with strong playful and colourful elements. They create an interesting contrast between the precious and non–precious materials used.
