I graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 1997, I then spent a year taking part in a residency at Bishopsland. This inspired me to undertake a MA Degree at UCE, School of Jewellery. For the last six years I have been continually developing my work alongside running JUNO DESIGN GALLERY with my Mum.

My work in both Silversmithing and Jewellery involves combining materials such as Acrylic, Resin, Leather, semi-precious stones and Gold, with Silver. My interest is to create contrast in colour and texture, highlighting the differences between the materials. Simple forms and shapes with moving elements add to the tactile feel of each design. Whether wearable or functional my pieces almost demand to be touched or have a playful nature. In my new work I have introduced pattern inspired by the current trend for beautifully designed Wallpaper in Interior Design. Again creating contrast with the metal and the delicate flow of the pattern.
