The Crail Gallery is owned and run by printmakers David Sim and his wife Susie Lacome.

The gallery specialises in showing limited edition, Linocut and Silkscreen Prints which are handmade by David & Susie. The Gallery incorporates a small print studio where the public can view the artists working on their prints using a Victorian printing press. The larger prints are made in the print studio at Dundee Contemporary Arts.

The pictures are all unique, limited edition prints made on mould-made deckle edged papers using the finest quality linseed oil inks.

Images are often of the lovely fishing villages and harbour scenes around the East Neuk of Fife where Susie and David have lived for the last 12 years.

They also continue to work as book illustrators specialising in colourful books for young children.Susie often works with a fabric applique technique to illustrate her books, and shows work in the gallery using this craft. Signed copies of their books are available for sale in the gallery.
