Our Victorian Style Rocking Horses are hand made by the Husband and Wife team of Bob and Sheena Thomson working from our home in Edinburgh.

They are made in the traditional way from mature timber and hand painted in the original soft, all over dappled effect used prior to the mass produced spray painted horses of early last century. The horses are fully carved with fully rounded belly and legs. They are fitted with natural horse hair, red velvet saddle blanket and heavy duty leather tack with adjustable stirrup straps. Many of our clients state that the horses look as though they are happy.

They are made in three sizes and named, according to their size, after the hills in and around Edinburgh. They can be finished to your own particular preference as to colours.

RENOVATIONS
We also repair and renovate old, sick or dilapidated horses. We pride ourselves in the fact that no horse is too bad to renovate.

In our spare time (if we have any) we make smaller toddlers horses and hobby horses based on a unique design.
