About Lauren Crawford

Personal Statement

I create bespoke hand woven fabrics and fashion accessories for all occasions. Designed and produced using luxury silks and woollen fibres, products include opulent scarves, skinny scarves, collars, wedding shawls and garters. All accessories are specially designed, made and finished by hand using a combination of traditional and innovative weaving structures and techniques to complete each signature fabric and product.

Products are displayed at a number of galleries across the UK and I have exhibited at trade shows and festival events in both the UK and USA. Exhibitions to date have included, New Designers, London, Direction Show in New York, The British Craft Trade Fair, Harrogate, One Year On at New Designers and Designer Crafts at the Mall Galleries, London. At Direction Show, I successfully sold designs to Macys, the world famous department store.
