Personal Statement

Inner Wild, wilderness wear for dearhearts

Inspired by the Scottish wilderness and wildlife, Inner Wild creates hand-knitted, felted, sewn and embroidered textile designs including wearable art and sculptures.

“Whether you see my Inner Wild clothes and toys as a way to express the wildness of your spirit, please your inner child, enhance your love of wilderness or as a tactile, physical comfort that calms the wild places of your psyche, or just something pleasing to look at but simply practical to wear while chopping firewood or mending a fence or wandering about on a city break, or to wrap your baby up in actual, hand-knitted cotton wool --- all of that works for me."
