I am a First Class Honours Graduate in Textile Design from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee University. I have been a member of craftscotland since completing my HND in 2009. While at Dundee College I helped form the DC5 Craft Cooperative along with four other artists. We combined a range of textiles, jewellery and soft furnishings which we developed and marketed whilst studying for my degree.
I have been creating a range of contemporary and traditional handmade scarves with combinations of chiffon silks and Merino wool in a range of bold colours and designs.
Since graduating I intend to develop and expand my range of printed and constructed textiles for both fashion and interiors. I also intend to collaborate with other craft disciplines and continue to promote and support Scottish Crafts.
Year Established: January 2009
