Personal Statement

Azure Giving & Living, situated in Sandgate in Ayr, is a bright and contemporary gift gallery offering hand crafted pieces made by local and UK based designers and artists.

Here you can browse among a wide range of silver and gold jewellery, metal work, wood work, ceramics, paintings, textiles, cushions, greetings cards and fine handmade glass.

Not only are many of the pieces one-offs, but you won’t get them anywhere else in Ayr as they are exclusive to Azure - making it the ideal place to shop for something that little bit different for all occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries and especially Christmas.

There are many up and coming talented artists and designers that have their work on display in Azure along with the well established: such as the sculptor Olivia Brown, whose eye catching sculptures of animals, in particular dogs, get everyone’s attention. Blacksmith Jonathan Eadie at Belltrees Forge creates a fantastic range of candle holders, lighting, and furniture from steel. Popular Scottish artist from Coatbridge, Alexis Bradley, has many of her abstract canvases on display, alongside Marion Kane's distinct and unusual silver and gold jewellery, to mention just a few.
