Spring Fling, set up in 2003, supports artists, designers and makers in Dumfries and Galloway by organising a three day open studios event in spring each year. For 2012 Spring Fling will be a four day event in celebration of our 10 year anniversary, and for the first time in 2012 we will be launching a year round schedule of opportunities for local, national and international artists to engage and interact with art lovers.
In addition we will developing an e-commerce strand to the Spring Fling website in 2012 and launching the first Spring Fling smartphone app. As well as visual art and photography, we represent designers and makers working in ceramics, jewellery, metalwork, textiles, furniture, glass, willow and woodwork.

Deirdre Nelson's 'wordbespoke' project in 2010/2011 in collaboration with Wigtown Book Festival.
