Growing up with a mum who ran her own haberdashery and women's clothes shop whilst simultaneously driving dad mad planning the revamp of the next room in the house before the wall-paper in the last had time to dry, probably gave me a good grounding for running my own small business and sparked my love of all aspects of interior design.
Qualified with a BA in Interior Designer I went on to start up own business: Crimsonattic interiors.
Crimsonattic has designed and project managed, to varying degrees, a variety of projects e.g. private homes, hairdresser, restaurants and small hotels.
I feel that now is the right time to fulfil another lifelong ambition and run my own shop. I absolutely love to drool over fabric and wall-covering samples and could spend hours eyeing up beautiful objects at craft fairs and in galleries.
The online shop on Crimsonattic's website represents many of our designed items but also features the crafts of local designer makers.
There are soft furnishings e.g cushions, throws and quilts as well as textile panels designed so that everyone is unique.
Feeding the love for vintage and upcycling, we also have teacup candles and cake stands.
We are always changing and adding to stock so worth checking back regularly.
