The name Brazen - that is to be bold, to face and overcome shamelessly - communicates and underpins both myself and my team’s ongoing approach and stamina. Determined, ingenuous and creative, Brazen continues to develop unique in-house collections, wonderful customer commissions and attract some of the most exciting new talent into its cabinets. While the intrinsic properties of the beautifully crafted pieces are ever important, the main motivation is design, originality and to create an engaging and enjoyable experience.
For us the key ingredient for success is authenticity. At Brazen we value honesty and integrity and we care about our customers and our product. We ensure this is at the core of everything we do. It’s my belief that our most sincerely held principles are the foundation of the business and if we clearly enjoy and care for our work our customers ultimately have an enjoyable and intimate experience.
We invest time in our clients and we understand their ‘design personality’. Therefore we intuitively select designers for the store based on our customers’ design profiles, just as if the individual customer were a muse. As makers we continue to hone our skills, as a retailer we aim to exceed our customer expectations and as a business we push to realise our ever-ambitious financial and creative goals.
