UK's leading ethical events company provides high footfall events for Scottish, Fair Trade and ethical producers. We organise various events on Castle Street in the heart of Edinburgh throughout the year, during Easter, The Festival and Christmas periods.
Coming up in 2012
Ceilidh Culture Street Fair: 6 - 9 April (Easter Weekend)
Castle Street/Princes Street, Edinburgh
Hand Up Media are delighted to announce this years dates for Ceilidh Culture Street Fair, taking place in a massive marquee on Princes Street/ Castle Street in the heart of Edinburgh over Easter weekend. This high profile event platforms and promotes the very best of Scottish made crafts, fashion, jewellery, food and drinks and much more....
Last years Ceilidh Culture Street Fair was a resounding success for exhibitors with over 20,000 visitors who soaked up the shopping experience, buying the best of Scottish gifts, crafts, art, fashion and jewellery whilst enjoying live music and delicious foods and drinks. This years event will house around 20 selected exhibitors and a fabulous range of Scottish music, including none other than Phil Kay who entertained the crowds.
Ceilidh Culture Street Fair is part of the Ceilidh Culture Festival that is taking place for the eighth year. Filled with Scottish made crafts, fashion, jewellery, knitwear, music, food and drinks, this is a well organised, exciting and exhilarating event. Activities taking place during the Ceilidh Culture Street Fair will include; live music, shopping and delicious foods and drinks.
Ceilidh Culture Street Fair is FREE public entry event.
Fair Trade on the Fringe: 11 - 19 August
Castle Street/Princes Street
Fair Trade on the Fringe is an International event that provides a platform for Fair Trade and ethical gifts from across the globe. Held in a marquee on Castle Street, Fair Trade on the Fringe will again bring together the best of fair trade gifts, foods and drinks, crafts, fashion, jewellery as well street performers and live music during the world famous Edinburgh International Arts Festival.
Products included from from Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, India, Brazil, Peru, Ghana and many other countries across the world. This event supports producers of these products where every penny makes a difference.
The Real Scottish Christmas Fair: 1 - 6 December
Castle Street/Princes Street, Edinburgh
The Real Scottish Christmas Fair is a huge event during the lead up to Christmas on one of the UK's busiest shopping streets. Housed in a marquee on Princes Street/Castle Street, this event is ideal for experienced exhibitors looking to sell and promote Scottish crafts, jewellery, fashion, arts, foods and drinks under one warm environment, shoppers in their droves will be seeking that special gift for Christmas.
The Ethical Christmas Fair: 8 - 16 December
Castle Street/Princes Street, Edinburgh
In its 5th year, The Ethical Christmas Fair is well established as the place to be this Christmas for fair trade, ethical, environmental businesses. Last year this event had more than 30,000 visitors and exhibitors from across the globe returning each year to trade to sell and promote their beautiful products. Jewellery, crafts, homewares, foods and drinks, scarves and hats, music and much much more....
