With their large rotund forms, colours and glazes, Anthea Summers’ distinctive style makes for ceramics which exude style and personality. She continues to explore and experiment with glazes, colour and painting forms. She uses various firing techniques including stoneware, Raku and Smoke firing. Anthea runs Raku (‘letting go’ and ‘pleasure’ in Japanese) projects locally and in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
