His pots are for using. They are high-fired stoneware and porcelain. Hand mixed clay and glazes incorporating local earth, stone and wood ash. They are fired in a three chambered wood fired kiln to 1300oC.
Andrew’s paintings are influenced by living amongst ancient oak woods and conifer forests; and the glacier-eroded landscape of the Galloway Hills
Pots and paintings are exhibited in the studio, and pottery. Open throughout the year by appointment.
