Personal Statement

I am a fifth generation gold/silversmith who specialises in the exploration of work through the development of technique, spatial form and ritual environment.

Year Established: 1984

Achievements

Scottish Arts Council Awarded “Personal Development Grant”, for research into enamelling on to fused metal, 1998 – 1999.
Awarded the “Inches Carr Trust” Bursury, for research into the use of matrix dies in the making of small components, 2003.
Scottish Arts Council, “Personal Development Grant”, for research into the making of tools in their relation with the making of dies. 2003
Artist in Residence,3-d Dept. Gray's School of Art, 2011-2012.
