I design and make a wide range of handmade cards and wedding stationery. My Christmas cards are a mix of paper, fabric and acrylic paint applied to card creating a contemporary design. The end product is a surprise as it has many colours and textures.
I base much of my design on nature. This includes using photography but also using seeds, tiny sticks, bark, anything that I find in the outdoors which might create an unsual design.
I travelled in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan in 2005/2006 and gained alot of inspiration through this and I use this in my cards and small paintings. Many of my photographs that I use on my cards are
from my travles as well as my travels in Scotland, which I continue doing regularly.
I believe that every wedding should be individual and exactly as the couple hope their big to be, therefore I offer a bespoke design service to reflect that. I offer the bride and groom something completely individual and tailored specifically for them in terms of their wedding stationery. This includes all stationery ie, invitations, order of service, menu cards, place settings, favours etc.
I make cards for any occassion whatsoever and I enjoy creating an individual design for someone at their request!
