Thomson's Tower, Dr Neil's Garden, Old Church Lane, Duddingston, Edinburgh, EH15 3PX

A vast array of textile work on show in one of Edinburgh's hidden treasures.

Curator, Susan Mercer, has sought out as many different types of textile work as she can for this group show. Consequently there should be something to appeal to every taste and every pocket, from wire knitting to embroideries, tapestries, felts and eco-prints. Exhibitiors include Saskia Gavin, Kenris MacLeod, Madeleine Shepherd, Hazel Terry, Maggie Warren among many others.

The exhibition is housed in an octagonal tower in Dr Neil's Garden on the shore of Duddingston Loch. The Tower was designed by William Playfair in 1825 for Duddingston Curling Society. Profits from sales are in aid of Dr Neil's Garden Trust.

The exhibition is open daily 2pm to 5pm until 19 May.
