White Stuff host the Craft Scotland Summer Show in their flagship store. The British fashion and lifestyle brand was founded in 1985 and has long demonstrated a commitment to great design. White Stuff’s in-house design team transform hand-drawn prints and intricate design ideas into vibrant seasonal collections using high quality, ethically sourced materials. Charitable aims sit at the heart of the company with their White Stuff Foundation supporting more than 85 small charities in the UK and they donate at least 1% of their annual profit each year.
Craft Scotland is delighted to collaborate with White Stuff on the Summer Show. We believe that craft is an essential part of our cultural, economic and social life and we regularly work with other like-minded agencies to achieve this goal. Both Craft Scotland and White Stuff are committed to promoting quality design.
The Summer Show is held on the second floor of White Stuff which is not accessible to wheelchair users or those who may experience difficulties climbing stairs. A lift is available to the first floor and then a flight of stairs takes visitors to the Summer Show.
Pushchairs can be left and the bottom of the stairs or alternatively can be carried up the stairs.
We welcome assistance dogs and a bowl of water can be provided if requested. Large format labels and magnifying glasses are available on request.
Members of the public and participants are permitted to use the staff toilets when escorted by a member of White Stuff or Craft Scotland staff. Staff toilets are located on the basement level of White Stuff and are accessible via the staircase or lifts.
Craft Scotland advocates for green travel and encourages staff and visitors to utilise public transport, walk or cycle wherever possible when visiting the Summer Show.
Bicycle parking is available outside White Stuff. The National Cycle Network route 75 and 76 run along George Street, outside White Stuff. Discover more information about cycling routes visit on the Edinburgh Council website.

Edinburgh benefits from a modern and efficient tram service, which operates from the outskirts of Edinburgh to the city centre every 8-10 minutes. The Princes Street and St Andrew’s Square stops are just a five-minute walk away from White Stuff. Timetables online here.
White Stuff is easy to find on George Street via SatNav (EH2 3ES) or simply follow signs for the city centre. On-street parking is available outside White Stuff and in the surrounding streets; all of which is controlled by parking meters during the day. Alternatively, the nearest car park is situated on Castle Terrace or at the Omni Centre.
