Three positions are open to join the council and work with the VAS team to deliver an exciting programme of events.
One Trustee role vacancy. This is a 3 year tenure. A legal declaration has to be submitted to OSCR via a lawyer. VAS would look for a full commitment to this time period. Anyone applying would first submit a CV and cover letter, following this there would be an interview with the VAS Office Holder team, and any appointment would be voted on by the board.
Two Co-opt council member vacancies. These are non-voting roles, however attendance at council meetings and involvement in the running of the programme is expected. This can be for up to 12 months and provides a trial route into a potential full trustee role without the full commitment that role requires. An informal interview with the VAS Office Holder team would take place, prior to presentation to the board and voting.
