Designed by jewellers, for jewellers. Ten months of technical training, mentoring and professional development to help you build a thriving creative practice.
Closing date: 6 Nov 2026
The INKubator is Scotland's leading jewellery development programme, created to help emerging and established makers strengthen their technical skills, grow sustainable creative businesses, and become part of a thriving professional community.
Over ten months at Vanilla Ink CIC in Glasgow's East End, participants receive hands-on training in traditional and contemporary jewellery techniques, led by a Master Goldsmith and Setter with more than 30 years of industry experience. Alongside technical excellence, the programme explores branding, marketing, pricing, finance, exhibition planning, and other essential skills for building a successful creative practice.
Every INKer receives their own dedicated bench in our fully equipped professional studios with 24-hour access, alongside personalised one-to-one mentoring, peer support, networking opportunities, and the chance to exhibit and sell their work in a professionally curated public exhibition.
No formal qualifications are required, only passion, curiosity, commitment, and a desire to learn alongside an inspiring community of makers.
More than a course, the INKubator is a launchpad for your next chapter as a jeweller.
