My creative practice involves working with objects that are hand carved and fit the body. I focus on themes of realism and the translating these into body adornment mixed with surrealist textures, and concepts. Resulting in wearable slug brooches that are in metal with gemstones. These can be adorned on the body or fixed onto walls, decorating spaces with surrealist possibilities. A fun and playful series of characters are included in the collection.
