Workshops
I have run workshops for Craft Scotland. I am very experienced in delivering creative learning opportunities with a diverse range of groups, as I am a qualified Lecturer and Community Education Worker and have full registration with the General Teaching Council of Scotland.
Lecturing & Talks
I work part-time as a lecturer, have teaching and Community Education qualifications and full General Teaching Council of Scotland registration.
I am very experienced in this area and have worked for many years with a wide range of groups, including peers, young people and people who have additional learning needs. I enjoy talking about my work, delivering lectures, talks and workshops and I am particularly interested in promoting sustainability.
Curating
I am a professional member of Applied Arts Scotland and Visual Arts Scotland. As a former council member of Visual Arts Scotland, I was involved me in selecting and installing work for major exhibitions. I have also curated and co-curated a number of exhibitions and events, including a jewellery catwalk as part of a fashion show.
