Suitable for both beginners and those with some natural dyeing or eco printing experience.
Elisabeth will share her methods and tips to help you create beautiful eco prints. Use brown and red onion skins to naturally dye your fabric, and locally harvested leaves and flowers to print.
By using recycled cotton, linen and cellulose materials sourced in Scotland, you will learn how to work with a variety of fabrics, allowing you to recycle clothes and other items at home.
You will leave the workshop with a range of eco printed samples that could become wall art, as well as the knowledge and skills you need to start your own printing projects.
All materials will be provided.
Suitable for age 16+
Due to the nature of the activity, participants will be standing for most of the workshop. As such, it is not recommended for those unable to stand for long periods.
