Designed for beginners, this course takes you through the first steps of furniture design and construction while working with designer/maker James of Birbeck’s Woodwork. Participants will work from a custom design to create multifunctional piece of furniture that can be used as an indoor/outdoor table or stool for your home while you gain confidence around woodworking techniques, tools and machinery – all which you can use to plan your next project solo.
