Mosaic Garden Stake Workshop

In this full-day workshop, you’ll create a mosaic garden stake, suitable for outdoors all year round, personalised with the colours and materials you choose. You’ll work with glass, tiles, bone china, and other mosaic materials to create a unique stake. The finished size of the mosaicked part will be 30-40cm high x 10cm wide. Tutor Rhona will guide you step-by-step, helping you build on your skills as you plan and assemble your design. During the workshop, you’ll learn about materials suitable for exterior mosaics, techniques for cutting glass, tiles, bone china, and how to use tile adhesive. It is beneficial if you have some prior experience with mosaics or glass cutting, but beginners are welcome too.
