This showcase is the SPA’s 2nd exhibition in 2025. The showcase is in collaboration with Made in Stirling, running from the 13th of September to the 12th of October, and will show the works of the 45 potters taking part.
Members exhibiting make their work using different techniques including throwing, hand building and sculpture. They use a variety of clays, earthenware, porcelain and stoneware. The work on display will have an exciting range of decorative styles and be fired using a variety of firing techniques including electric, gas and raku kilns.
The Scottish Potters Association is open to anyone with an interest in pottery and ceramics in Scotland. SPA members include professional potters and ceramicists, amateur and hobby potters, apprentices, and students based in Scotland and further afield.
