The exhibition celebrates the culmination of the residency bringing together a curated selection of work created by each artist during their time as residents.
Seven embraces the artists’ individual voices and places materiality, play and experimentation at the forefront of expression. Through contemporary interpretations of traditional craftsmanship and the application of innovative techniques, it highlights the processes of making.
The work displayed delves into personal experiences of urban and rural life, offering a reflective exploration of heritage and the built environment. It questions the absurdities of everyday existence, examines our relationship with medicine, and draws attention to often overlooked details.
